I think it’s rare to find a realtor you can trust. I was trying to sell my house, talked to different realtors for the price, and only Trach explained to me the different ways on evaluating price. He understood my perspective, and also showed me charts and evidence of the likely market price. Even took me to see houses in my area for sale, so I knew the competition, and saw things as a buyer, before listing my house! I’m quite happy, got my home sold, and was a great experience overall.
Trach helped us to take tour for over 30 houses and explained a lot of buying details such as geographic area, housing prices, some issues we have to pay attention etc. Also, he has patience, cares about our questions and considerations, doing the best to serve us. Every deal has been good so far with Trach. Buying or selling our properties in Calgary, even on our multi-family commercial apartments, and actually even on advice for other cities where we invest (which he refers out) but he still helps us during that process asking good questions to the other agents. Funny cause we’ve told him many times he should get license in other cities and provinces, it’s hard to find a good agent! Keep up the good work Trach.

I like to do flips so it’s good to talk to Trach, he is conservative on the exit and I like his cautious approach. He is insightful always saying it’s not just about the house reno, since it’s true, it does cost me the same whether I do it in NE or SW, same time and labor, so it’s about selecting the right project. Like the right street, you make money in the buy, etc. I like to consult with him on planning all the right choices. Highly recommended.
